Coralville Community Fund – Launched in 2006, the Coralville Community Fund has built its endowment to more than $100,000 while giving generously to the community. The 30 individuals and organizations contributing $1,000 or more are recognized as Founders of the Coralville Community Fund. Those gifts added more than $50,000 to the Coralville Community Fund, a major step in building an endowment for the future good of the Coralville community. Grants have been awarded to a number of community organizations:

Lone Tree Community Fund – The Lone Tree community was the first to begin an endowment fund at the Community Foundation of Johnson County. Lone Tree Community Fund, Lone Tree Community School, Lone Tree City Council, Lone Tree Fire and Rescue, and Lone Tree Visioning Committee are partnering in an ongoing effort to improve the community. Since founding in 2005, the LTCF has given back to its community with grants that support projects such as the Lone Tree Cemetery sign and a chartered bus trip to watch the Iowa Boys State High School Basketball Tournament in Des Moines.

Swisher Community Fund – The Swisher Community Fund continues to grow its endowment in anticipation of meeting community needs and opportunities. SCF Board of Trustees anticipates leveraging grant monies to fund community projects.

Tiffin Community Fund - Launched in 2007, the Tiffin Community Fund provides resources for the infrastructure of Tiffin's community improvement, beautification, historical education, community spaces and cultural and recreational activities. TCF funded park shelters in the Tiffin Park.

University Heights Community Fund – University Heights Community Fund Board of Trustee members are challenging neighbors and the community to contribute to the University Heights Community Fund. The Community Fund was established to enhance the quality of life in University Heights by growing and distributing funds to benefit charitable, cultural, civic, health, environmental and educational activities proposed by individuals, groups or the University Heights City Council.
