It's simple: Visit the Community Foundation of Johnson County "Give" page and make an online contribution to one or more of our nearly 180 partners in philanthropy. You may make a gift in your name or friends or family and we'll send a personalized card to the recipient of the gift. (In the "Give to A Specific Organization" box simply list the organization's name and c/o the name of the person you wish to recognize.)

WHEN: Anytime through Dec. 31, 2015, to receive tax-deductible donation in 2015.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Formed in 2000, the Community Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that allows people to establish a fund or contribute to an existing fund to benefit nonprofit organizations in the area. Establishing a fund at the Community Foundation is simple, and the process is quick and easy.
